Salon Policies

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

• We are a multi-level salon. Our technician levels are based on demand. Prices are based on this level system of 1-5, where 5 denotes our most highly demanded technicians and top range pricing.
• It is important that we start appointments on time to give you the most relaxed and rewarding experience.
• We provide soft gel (shellac) and regular polish removal only. We do not remove artificial products, such as acrylics or dip gel nails. Sorry, no drills are used at this salon.
• Guest satisfaction is essential. If you are ever unsatisfied, please let us know immediately. All service corrections must be fully resolved within 2-weeks of original service.

CHEMICAL SERVICE POLICY

• A 50% deposit is required at time of booking services which need over two (2) hours to perform. Such services include, but are not limited to:
  • Color correction
  • Extensions
  • Perms
  • Chemical service
  • Keratin service

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

• All cancellations require a 24-hour notice. There is a 50% fee for cancellations made same day as an appointment. We will try our best to rebook you that day if enough notice is given; thus avoiding any fees!
• No shows are charged within 15 minutes of appointment start time. There is a 100% service charge for missing an appointment without notice.
